Kyle Richards wants to set his romantic record straight.
The veteran reality star was on the latest episode of Bravo’s Hot Mic Podcast, and the veteran -Reality star dive into her divorce from Mauricio Umansky and specifically, about her role on the real housewives in Beverly Hills played a role in the death of the relationship.

“Every situation, every marriage is different. For us, it had nothing to do with the show. We did the show together for many years and we were doing well through it … I was very happily married. The show did not affect us at all that way, ”Richards emphasized during this broadcast.
This may be literally true, but Richards do not admit that the “money and the attention that come with fame” ultimately affected her marriage.
“It opens a completely different world,” she said of her elevated status as celebrity.
“You are traveling, you go places, he gets attention he didn’t get before, there are more people looking at him suddenly. He is a rich man … It’s a very different situation. “

To be ready, Richards said Umansky was “a great man” and “a great father” and admitted that her “busy and traveling” did not help the situation.
Richards has seen his fame reach out to unexpected levels due to the aforementioned Bravo franchise, which has resulted in a packed schedule. At the same time, Umansky’s real estate company has exploded.
The spouses eventually saw less and less of each other.
One would travel. One would see the kids. Both would have work obligations that came before their romantic obligations.

“Just not prioritizing our marriage because there were so many things going on,” Richards said at this new podcast.
Richards has touched his divorce in the past, but never before to this extent.
“I’m very open and I’m happy to share about myself. In fact, I find it therapeutic, ”she said, responding to criticism of having kept mother on the split in seasons 13 and 14.
“But there are certain things that either my kids didn’t want me to say … At the end of the day, I have to think about it too.”
As for where things now stand between the exes?
“Much of it, like, you wouldn’t know that something had changed,” she said, adding that the divorce has not ended, but the separation is no longer a source of stress for himself and the family.
Richards even said here, “The kids will sometimes make jokes” and that she herself is in “a much better place than I was last year.”
