Sister Wives returned from a long hiatus on Easter evening.
But do you know what the episode made it clear will never return?
Any amicable feelings between Meri Brown and Robyn Brown.
On the latest rate of TLC Reality Series spoke Meri with best friend Jenn Sullivan about Robyn – the only woman who is still married to Kody Brown and the woman who has taken the title Kody’s sole legal Wife back in 2014 … after Kody chose her rather than Meri.
“There are so many people who are as if she were a fraud, she was a liar she manipulated,” Meri said in the episode of Robyn, before calling Sullivan for giving her “the look.”
Jenn denied being critical in any way, but told Meri that she was “cautious” and protective.
“I don’t think it was like intentional manipulation,” Sullivan explained, while Meri agreed. “I think Kody decided he had this new person who was this new insider with him, and then it just became against everyone else.”
In fact, Meri, Janelle and Christine Brown have all gone away from Kody at this time. They are also all acknowledged at different points that his clear favoriteism for Robyn played a role in their decisions.
Sullivan sounds like she’s getting it too.
“She would act like she was your best friend and then completely ignores you and hurt your feelings,” Meris Pal said of Meris Kvasi enemy. “As it is really f-cked up. As either an asshole or not.”
In a conversation with the cameras, Meri said that her relationship with Robyn “was good and I felt very solid in it” and that the two were “close” until there was a “gorge.”
During a July 2024 episode of Sarah Fraser Show, Meri admitted she was unsure of Robyn’s true feelings and if she was really sad to see her leave the family.
“I don’t know. I don’t know,” Brown said at the time. “I think she wanted me to stay. I feel like she was sad. I feel like she had this idea when she came in the family, you know, this vast majority family. I really think so.”
Still. Overall? There was plenty of “confusion” between how Kody and Robyn were acting.
However, coil to this day, and Meri Brown has lost a lot of weight and looks far ahead … not far behind. We will be curious to see what else she has to say as this season progresses.
