Our judgment
When the application works, it’s impressive. There was almost no malware, I could get past it, the level of adaptation is impressive, and although I want its web protection function added warnings about clear fraud and phishing trials, Trend Micro Antivirus meets the needs of the consumer market, as is targeting.

There is a certain value in an application that does not try to do everything under the sun, but hangs in on a set of tasks and performs them well. And although trend micro -antivirus for Mac has not included a wealth of revolutionary new features since the last time we reviewed it (in 2023), and while you are less likely to hear about the program considering the company’s focus on the business environment and lack of a marketing blitz against consumer and home users, it is something good to be here.
