There is eventually peace between Kody Brown and his former sister women.
At least when it comes to potential legal battles.
As fans of this reality series know well, there has long been a dispute over the status of Coyote Pass … A piece of land in Arizona that Kody bought for $ 820,000 in 2018.
The idea was to build a kind of connection on this property for himself and spouses Robyn, Christine, Janelle and Meri.

However, nothing has come from the planned project since, while three of the four above women have gone away from their polygamous man since that time.
Of late, both Janelle and Meri have threatened lawsuits against Kody when it comes to Coyote Pass, as women aim to make sure they see some money from any future sales.
However, based on court registrations obtained by the American sun, these concerns have been shown to have been assuated.
This marketing agent reports that two of the five packages of land KODY bought seven years ago were transferred from reimbursement codes Kody and Robyn to support recipients Kody, Robyn, Janelle and Meri on March 26 … which means Property is now in all four of their names.
“As long as this property remains a source of dispute, I can’t quite move on,” Janelle says a new preview of the back half of Sister Wives Season 19 … Before Meri opens up his former sister wife about his own feelings on the subject.
“Janelle, I’m so mad,” says Meri. “I’ll have to get some lawyers involved.”

These scenes were filmed months ago, it’s important to note.
These documents, partly published by Sun Read of the Two Papers, “Kody Winn Brown and Robyn Alice Brown, husband and wife, as a community property with survival right, with regard to an undentant 50% interest.
“Janelle Brown, an unmarried woman, with regard to an undivided 25% interest rate and Meri Caroline Brown, an unmarried woman, with regard to an undivided 25% interest rate the following real properties.”
As for the third package, Kody and Janelle are listed as the grants who transfer the land in Janelle and MERI’s names in an amount of $ 10.
Janelle Brown, an unmarried woman, with regard to an undivided 50% interest rate and Meri Caroline Brown, an unmarried woman, in terms of an excluded 50% interest rate.
The last package remains in Just Kody and Robyn’s name; The two remain legally married.

The American Sun reported earlier that Christine signed over the package in her name for Kody and Robyn back on July 28, 2022, Christine signed over his package of land for Kody and Robyn for only $ 10.
She is married at this point with David Woolley and just wants to move on with her life.
(However, we must note that Christine is suing Kody for a very different reason.)
Kody never started the construction of any kind at Coyote Pass, and it seems that the plan now is just to sell it all to the highest bidder.
“It has come to the point where the family is not going to live here. Robyn was the last one to give up on the dream. But she has finally accepted,” yes, let’s go ahead and sell, “Kody says in a trailer for upcoming episodes, adding:
“I paid for the whole party myself. When I sell, I want to share the money in four ways. My wife, me and the two exes. I think they are concerned about whether I will be fair or not because divorce removes confidence. But I will.”
