The third week of Sean “Diddy” Combs ‘Sex Trafficking Case started on Tuesday with testimony from Combs’ former employee Capricorn Clark.
As expected, Clark offered accounts of violent, violent behavior she had witnessed during her employment, much of it aimed at Combs’ ex, Cassie Ventura and rapper Kid Cudi, whom she dated in one of her breaks from Combs.
Today’s procedure once again centered around Cudi with testimony from a arson examiner about Molotov cocktail thrown into the rapper’s car back in January 2012.

Uproar over Diddy -Fingerprints leading to demand for ordeal
The examiner revealed that fingerprints from the bomb belonged to an unknown woman.
He added that Cudi had given COPS fingerprint cards from a December 2011 burglary in his home – a burglary in which Diddy was allegedly present.
The examiner also noted that the fingerprint card provided by CUDI was destroyed by LAPD in 2012.
And the seemingly less bit information led to one of the trial’s most dramatic moments so far.

The defense claimed that the prosecution hid this fact so that they could dramatically reveal it in court and thereby assume that Combs was involved in both incidents.
Diddy -Attorney Alex Shapiro accused the other side of “Attempt to plant the idea of these jury leaders that Mr. Combs had something to do with the destruction of these fingerprints.”
This led to a requirement for a trial that was immediately denied by the judge.
The defense probably expected this result, but decided to swing for the fences anyway. We may see more such Hail Mary efforts as the trial enters its homestretch.

Obviously, we have no idea how long the jury consideration will take, but the courtroom of the trial is expected to wrap at the end of June.
If Combs is sentenced to all charges against him, Combs is likely to spend the rest of his life behind pillars.
The quarreled mogul has rejected a plea and has consistently denied any wrongdoing. His lawyers insist that Combs was only a “swinger” and that all his sexual meetings were consensus.
We have additional updates about this evolving story when new information becomes available.
