Michelle Trachtenberg, an actress best known for roles on Gossip Girl and Buffy The Vampire Slayer, has died at a very young age. She was only 39 years old.
The star was found “unconscious and not responding” by his mother in the morning of Wednesday, February 26, according to various sources.
A cause of death has not been confirmed, although Trachtenberg had recently undergone a liver transplant.
