Melinda Gates Detailed Bill Gates Divorce, ‘Disrupting’ Jeffrey Epstein -Band in New Memoir

Melinda Gates has released a new memoir entitled The next day.

And while her split from billionaire Microsoft founder Bill Gates has mostly been amicable, he is probably not entirely excited about the way he is portrayed in his ex’s new book.

Although the dissolution of her marriage is not the central focus of the memoir, Melinda gives new details that relate to the events of 2019, she says, as her relationship with Bill began to crumble.

The beginning of the end of Bill and Melinda

“On October, things had reached a fever height, then New York Times Published a deeply disturbing article that raised serious questions about Bill’s behavior – questions suggesting that he had not only betrayed our marriage but also my values, ”reads a section of the book that was extracted today for page six.

According to page six, the article refers Melinda to contained information about Bill’s alleged affairs as well as his meetings with the late sex shop Jeffrey Epstein.

Melinda first expressed her dissatisfaction with the Epstein meetings in a 2022 interview:

“I didn’t like him having meetings with Jeffrey Epstein, no. I made it clear to him,” she said at the time.

She admits to meeting Epstein once because she “wanted to see who” he was. But she says she immediately regretted the decision.

“I regretted it, the other, I walked into the door,” Melinda said. “He was abhorrent. He was evil personified. My heart breaks for these women.”

Bill eventually came to share Melinda’s low opinion about Epstein.

“In posterity, I was foolish to spend some time with him,” he recently said Wall Street Journal While promoting his own memoir, Source code.

“I think I was quite stupid. I thought it would help me with global health philanthropy. In fact, it actually managed to do it. It was just a huge mistake.”

According to the outlets, Epstein threatened to postpone Bill’s alleged affair with Russian bridge player Mila Antonova in 2017, after the technical billionaire refused to join his charitable fund with JPMorgan Chase.

A new day

In his book, which hit stores on Tuesday, Melinda wrote that leaving his marriage “was one of the hardest and most important things I have ever done.”

These days, both parties have moved on to new conditions: her with entrepreneur’s girlfriend, Philip Vaughn, him with the philanthropist Paula Hurd.

Insiders say that Bill and Melinda have been able to co-parents their three children-but it sounds like Melinda would be the first to admit that the split was not always easy.
