Back that February, 1 Sunday Times published an article entitled “Princess of Wales: Focus on my work, not my wardrobe”, which cited a royal source that the princess of Wales “wants the focus to be on the really important problems, the people and the causes she is spotlight.
This made many people wonder if Middleton is really sick of people wondering about the clothes she wears.
Frop until February 11th and a spokesman for Kensington Palace, releasing the following statement to People Magazine:
“Over the past week, I have received several questions about a story about the princess of Wales’s clothes and how Kensington Palace shares information about her clothes.
“To clarify, the comments that appeared in the article were not from me, not the princess of Wales. The comments reported should not be directly attributed to the princess of Wales. To be clear, there has been no change in our approach to sharing information about her Royal Highness’s clothes. “

Many in the UK, you see, believe that Kate’s style plays an important role in society by shining a focus on British designers and therefore increasing the British fashion industry.
These same critics believe that Middleton’s fashion decisions help connect her to the public and should never be minimized.

For years, Kensington Palace has maintained a policy with only occasionally revealing details of what Middleton is wearing.
As a result, online Sleuths – especially the big site what Kate had on – has taken on the mission of tracking this star’s clothes and parts where they can find similar pieces.
The full section of the Sunday Times article that caused such a rebellion and which the palace claims that they never cited Middleton in any way read:
“There is an absolute feeling of that [the public work] is not about what the princess is wearing.
“She wants the focus to be on the really important questions, the people and the causes she is spotlight,” the story continued. “There will always be an appreciation of what the princess is wearing from some of the public and she gets it.
“But should we always say what she’s wearing? No. The style is there, but it’s about the fabric. “
